    • When above 200' AGL, operate within 50' of structures
    • Operations up to a maximum of:
      • 400' AGL in uncontrolled airspace, and
      • Up to the UAS Facility Map altitudes in controlled airspace
  • Operations over congested areas

Technology Allowed

  • Skydio built-in ADS-B only
    • No VOs
    • No radar or other technology
