- Operations up to 200' AGL
- When above 200' AGL, operate within 50' of structures
- Operations up to a maximum of:
- 400' AGL in uncontrolled airspace, and
- Up to the UAS Facility Map altitudes in controlled airspace
- Skydio built-in ADS-B only
- No VOs
- No radar or other technology
- Operations over New York City
