St. Petersburg Police Department saved a distressed swimmer's life by picking him out of hundreds during a triathlon

Drones were flying safety overwatch above the open water leg of the annual race. The pilot flagged a competitor in trouble and vectored marine and fire rescue to him. He was having a heart attack, was treated on shore with an AED, and fully recovered.
