Contract Description:
Minnesota’s Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Contract Release U-136(5) establishes statewide contracts for unmanned aerial vehicles and related goods and services. The state is actively executing enterprise agreements under this program, and fully executed contracts are available for use as they are completed, with additional awards added on a rolling basis. State agencies must use these contracts for purchasing UAVs from the state’s approved manufacturer list unless a written exception is granted, and all purchasers and end users are responsible for understanding applicable state and federal laws, policies, and procedures before acquiring or operating any UAV.
