Manufacturing Test Engineering Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented multi-disciplinary engineering intern to help design, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing test processes. In this role, your contributions will ensure that products are defect free, exceed quality requirements, and function reliably for our customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Collaborate with product design, quality, manufacturing, and software teams to improve manufacturing test processes for our flagship products

• Lead root cause activities for manufacturing test failures, design and implement improvements in both software and hardware

• Analyze and transform manufacturing data into actionable insights for the Manufacturing Test Engineering team to improve yield and test repeatability

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Strong Python coding skillset

• Familiar with Linux, Docker, AI tooling

• Enthusiasm for hands-on development of devices that utilize complex software and hardware components

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills

• Experience with PLCs, Arduino, and Fusion 360 is a plus

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $47/hr for Undergrad, $53/hr for Graduate students, and $58/hr for PhD students*. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Interns are eligible to receive the following benefits: Paid vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay and 401K savings plan.
