HW Ops System PM

We are seeking a talented HW Ops System PM with a strong background in Hardware business processes and systems.  Reporting to the Head of HW Ops, the HW Ops System PM will be responsible for prioritizing and project managing all HW Ops related systems projects.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Develop and maintain a prioritized project plan outlining key milestones and deliverables. 
  • Establish clear accountability for project tasks and ensure deadlines are met. 
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and NetSuite developers to convey project requirements and  expectations. 
  • Conduct regular meetings to assess project progress, discuss challenges, and strategize solutions. 
  • Capture and disseminate meeting notes to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct thorough problems and needs assessments related to NetSuite improvements. 
  • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team. 
  • Oversee the execution of NetSuite improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust plans as necessary to meet evolving requirements. 
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success. 
  • Foster positive relationships with both business stakeholders and NetSuite developers.
  • Solicit and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement in project outcomes.
  • Generate regular reports on project status, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
  • Provide updates to leadership and stakeholders as needed. 

What Makes You A Good Fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on NetSuite improvements.
  • Deep understanding of Hardware and Manufacturing business processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to identify and address challenges proactively. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.



Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000-145,000*. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.
