About the role

As a Training Scheduling Coordinator at Skydio, you will be the linchpin of our customer training programs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end scheduling of in-person training sessions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure all training logistics are handled efficiently, from the initial request to the certificate of completion.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Intake and manage scheduling requests in our Notion database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions with customers across various industries, primarily through email, but also via phone.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather all necessary details and resources required for each training session.
  • Assign trainers to scheduled sessions based on availability and expertise.
  • Handle training-related administrative tasks, including scheduling pre-training briefs, updating customer records in Salesforce, and issuing training completion certificates via our Learning Management System.

Nice-to-haves: 

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, scheduling or resource management tools, or database management.
  • Experience using tools like Salesforce, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace, 
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically Skilljar
  • Previous experience in a role requiring coordination with people in diverse industries.

Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $74,500. - $115,000.* Fundamentally, we believe that equity is the key to long-term financial growth, and we ensure all regular, full-time employees have the opportunity to significantly benefit from the company's success.
