About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Order and Contracts Analyst to support post-booking contract administration and order accuracy within the Finance organization. This role will ensure that executed contracts, order forms, purchase orders, CRM bookings, and ERP sales orders are complete, accurate, and consistent to prevent any compliance , billing and revenue recognition issues.

Skydio sells a mix of hardware, software, and services to customers across the U.S. and internationally. In this role, you’ll partner daily with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Billing, and Accounting. This is a great opportunity for a motivated analyst who wants to broaden their skill set across order management, revenue accounting, and compliance at a high growth company.

Location: This role is based in San Mateo, California, with an expectation of working from the office 3 days per week.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Contract & Order Validation

  • Review closed bookings and reconcile executed contracts, order forms, and POs against Salesforce and NetSuite. Check that pricing, quantities, billing schedules, payment terms, Incoterms, service dates, and shipping details all match.

  • Make sure non-standard terms and cooperative purchasing (buy board) fees are documented and correctly reflected across systems.

  • Flag discrepancies, coordinate fixes with the right owners, and track them to resolution before billing or fulfillment is affected.

Post-Booking Order Management

  • Review post-close order changes, such as address, legal entity, amount, or PO updates, and make sure they’re reflected consistently in Salesforce and NetSuite with a clear record of what changed and why.

  • Lead intake of contract amendment requests, pulling together the relevant order and billing data for internal review.

  • Partner with Billing, Revenue Accounting, AR, and Revenue Operations to prevent and resolve order-related issues.

Controls, Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Maintain trackers and reconciliations for order exceptions and amendments, and support month-end, quarter-end, and audit requests with contract-to-order documentation.

  • Report on order accuracy, open exceptions, and amendment turnaround times.

  • Find the root causes of recurring errors and help build scalable processes and controls for post-booking order management.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • 3–6 years of experience in deal desk, order management, order-to-cash, revenue operations, billing, or revenue accounting, ideally at a high-growth company

  • Hands-on experience reviewing contracts, order forms, and purchase orders and reconciling them against CRM and ERP data (Salesforce and NetSuite preferred; SAP, Oracle, or similar also welcome)

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation, reconciliations, and controls

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Accounting, and able to drive issues to resolution

  • Curious, energetic, and eager to take on new work, including reporting, compliance, and audit support, as the function scales

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

Nice to Have:

  • Background at a company that sells both hardware and software/SaaS

  • Exposure to international orders or public sector / government contracting

  • A mix of startup and larger, scaling company environments
